The Skwlāx te Secwepemcúl̓ecw Residential Property Management Department is responsible for the management and administration of residential housing, residential renovations, and construction on-reserve. Our team is responsible for the overall planning, development, and management of housing resources. As well, we oversee our rental housing units, provide residential security, emergency services, maintenance, and some custodial services. Along with the day-to-day operations and maintenance, the department facilitates all rentals for housing.
