Dale M. Jackson is devoted and deeply rooted in the Skwlāx te Secwepemcúl̓ecw community, where she serves as the Executive Director of Economic Development, Finance and Public Works.  As the Executive Director for Economic Development, she is responsible for the evaluation of existing and future economic development and land use opportunities for the community.  

Throughout her career, Dale has focused on supporting First Nations through various services and business finance initiatives. Her passion lies in promoting Indigenous entrepreneurship and fostering community growth. She continually evaluates existing and future economic opportunities, including land use prospects, to ensure the prosperity of her community. 

Beyond her professional pursuits, Dale finds joy in competitive sports, particularly ladies’ fastball, where she travels to tournaments nationwide. During the off-season, she indulges in perfecting her golf swing. However, her greatest priorities remain her family and community, driving her dedication to their well-being above all else.
