Leasehold properties sold on Skwlāx te Secwepemcúl̓ecw lands are exchanged through the process of an Assignment of the seller's leasehold interest. Buyers, sellers, lawyers, notaries and realtors should be familiar with the process and documentation to ensure the parties have the information required to expedite the assignment of the lease as efficiently as possible.
